As we pass the mid-point of 2018, we wanted to report in and provide some visibility into how StratoKey is tracking. We have seen strong growth with our customer base growing by 300% through to the end of June. As we pass the mid-point of 2018, we saw the addition of new clients in Israel, Europe and across North America.
New marquee clients, such as banks and cloud computing vendors, have joined the growing StratoKey client base. This growth is largely due to the unique position that StratoKey holds in the market. StratoKey has always been the most capable encryption and compliance vendor in the CASB market. Providing a true end-to-end compliance solution across GDPR, HIPAA, GLBA, FERPA, FedRAMP and other state level data privacy/security regulations.
We have seen strong growth in the GDPR compliance market as new regulation has come online. StratoKey offers a unique value proposition of being able to encrypt, tokenize and anonymize any SaaS application data. This is performed whilst providing clients with sole control and custody of the encryption keys. The single most important attribute is that StratoKey does this in an application agnostic manner, without breaking the back-end of applications.
There has been strong growth in the use of StratoKey as a central data protection point for organizations. This central application agnostic capability spans an organizations entire SaaS portfolio. StratoKey not only provides data protection, but also monitoring, logging and audit capabilities. This represents the most complete "end-to-end" package of compliance services available for SaaS applications.
On the development front, we have put significant focus into making StratoKey the most reliable, fault tolerant and scalable CASB available. To do this we have built out our own internal load testing infrastructure (having previously utilized AWS). With this in-house capability, we generate enormous load and tune StratoKey to perform in a reliable, high performance, scalable manner. We have also made substantial gains in simulating "catastrophic events" and optimizing the "self-healing" qualities of StratoKey specifically for sustained high load environments.
The remainder of 2018
As we head towards the end of 2018, we have new product level advancements we will be announcing. Yet more patents have been lodged and the StratoKey platform capabilities are growing. Some announcements will be made public, others will be made directly to our client base due to competitive factors.
